0 A few days ago Gary brought his gorgeous WRB 2011 STI Sedan to our location here in Marietta, Georgia for a frenzy of high end motorsports grade suspension upgrades. This STI will be seeing many HPDE events in the future and Gary wants to make sure the car is more than capable putting down some brutally fast lap times. With the help from our long term friends over at JRZ Suspension Engineering, we hooked this STI up with a set of RS1 Coilovers. This is a single adjustable monotube damper from the same company that builds the dedicated race shocks you see in action at events such as American LeMans Series and Grand-Am. The RS1 is built on the same production line and shares components with their pro racing applications so we know Gary’s STI will feel right at home on the track as well as the city streets. Along with the shock upgrade, an assortment of chassis braces from GTSPEC and Whiteline bushings were installed to assure this STI stays planted through every turn at Road Atlanta. After all components were expertly installed, we wrapped things up with a FP Spec corner balance and custom alignment. Here is a full list of the parts we installed on Gary’s STI:
