Over the past several months, we’ve gotten countless phone calls and emails from 2009-11 GT-R owners looking to upgrade their OEM rotors with a high performance and longer lasting solution. Well, the wait is finally over, today we received a large order of Alcon rotors for the 09-11 GT-R.

Alcon is a world renown motorsport OEM braking manufacturer. For over 25 years, Alcon has been providing brake solutions to professional teams competing in the world’s premier motorsport series including F1, NASCAR, IRL, WRC, S2000, and Australian V8 Supercar.

Fits OE hats, includes new hardware
380mm X 34mm Front Rotors
380mm X 30mm Rear Rotors

Front Pair: $1278
Rear Pair: $1278

We just got Todd’s black GT-R back from our friends over at Mirror Detailing where some much needed paint correction was performed to bring some gloss back to the five year old OEM paint. As soon as the car returned to our location I was so impressed with how great the car looked I instantly grabbed the key fob and set up for a few quick photos, just because I could :)

For the longest time there has been no compromise for the GT-R interior between a track prepped car and a stock car. With the only option for seats being full race buckets, most GT-R owners have made the choice to retain the OEM seats in their dual purpose street/track cars. Recently we were able to get our hands on a set of the Recaro Sportster CS Seats in Vinyl Black and Dinamica Suede for a local customer that wanted more support on the track but still wanted quality and comfort when taking his wife to dinner. In addition to these gorgeous seats, we added our very own Forged Performance 4 Point Bolt In Cage and a set of Schroth Profi II ASM Harnesses, which are available in an assortment of colors. We use Planted Seat Brackets, which are made using 3/16″ steel for superior strength and powdercoated black for a clean install. In our opinion, this has to be the perfect solution to modifying the interior of your street driven GT-R.

Recaro also offers an full leather upgrade that retains your heated seat options, which is pictured below:

This past Saturday the Forged Performance Team gathered together an impressive arsenal of high performance Nissan machinery to display at the Atlanta Motorsports Park Member Appreciation Day. Our caravan to AMP included the Forged Performance NISMO 370Z and a handful of heavily modified Nissan GT-R’s ranging from a fully track prepped FP800 to a 4.0L + JUN twin 35R equipped street monster. We arrived at AMP shortly after 9am and claimed our corner of the paddock by the Clubhouse. The quality of vehicles on property for the event was just remarkable.

The main purpose of the day’s activities was to celebrate the opening of the kart track, which is the only CIK Level A kart track in America (F1 standard) with an impressive 43′ of elevation change. The kart track was extremely active all day with members and guests breaking in the course with some proper hotlaps.

Various experts were also on hand throughout the day. Scott Siegel of Forged Performance and Siegel Racing Driver Education Clinics held a presentation with an open discussion covering all aspects of the proper line around AMP.

Reese from MTI Racing spoke on things such as car set-up, mechanics and safety equipment. With many, many years of track experience under his belt Reese was able to help even the most seasoned drivers correct issues and make their vehicles more capable on track.

Jeremy, CEO/Owner of AMP also stepped in to provide a brief overview of the facilities and thanking all official members in attendance.

Catered lunch was also provided for all which produced a very social mid-day break from the activities.

Of course, the track was open to all AMP members in attendance providing an abundant amount of track time.

Tomorrow, Saturday September 15th Atlanta Motorsports Park is opening its gates to invite all AMP members to come celebrate the opening of the kart track, which is the only CIK Level A kart track in America (F1 standard) with 43′ of elevation change! Along with being a typical member day providing an almost unusable amount of track time there will be kart ride a longs, kart rentals, catered lunch, seminars and many other family oriented activities. We have a very impressive display of machinery on hand for tomorrows event including:
